HOW TO DEAL WITH ANGER

There are about a millions of things to get mad about, whether you just hurt yourself on the table while walking or you just found out that your sibling ate all of your food while you were very hungry after a long day. Learn how to control your anger, your words, your actions. Time passes so quick that one wrong action can lead to regret. The one thing that often makes us angry is when we think about what would have happened that situation didn't happen, but come on, people! Look at the brighter side. Take one step back and imagine something far worse that could have happen. If you have a pretty horrible image in your mind, it's time to understand that it is not worth committing something you will regret later. It is okay to be you and shout to let the anger out, it really helps, but don't overdo it. Be respectful no matter what and above all, always keep your smile on!
